Diagnostic Assessment
The Alignment Diagnostic tool available on this site is intended for informational and lead qualification purposes only. Results are not a substitute for professional advice. By completing the diagnostic, you consent to the collection and use of your responses as described in our Privacy Policy.
Payment Terms
We take on a limited number of clients at a time. Your payment secures your place in our client roster. By paying, you are reserving time and attention that will not be offered to another client.
Long-Term Engagements
A long-term engagement is defined as any coaching arrangement lasting longer than three (3) months. Payment is due upon agreeing to the engagement.

Payment in Full: Payment is due upon agreeing to the engagement.

Monthly Payment: The first month's payment is due upon agreeing to the engagement. Subsequent payments are billed on the same calendar date each month.
Single Sessions: Payment is due upon booking.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Long-Term Engagements: Refunds are only available before the engagement begins. Once services have commenced, even after a single session, no refunds will be issued. By accepting you as a client, we turn away other clients to serve you. That commitment is made the moment you sign.
Single Sessions: Refunds are available only if the session is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Payment Processing
Payments made through this website are processed by Wix Payments, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you agree to Wix Payments' terms of service and privacy policy. The Maur Company LLC dba Clarence Maur Bongalos does not directly store payment card information. Recurring billing for monthly payment plans is managed through Wix Payments and will be charged automatically on the agreed billing date.
No Professional-Client Relationship
Use of this website does not create a coaching, consulting, legal, financial, or any other professional-client relationship. A formal engagement relationship is established only through a signed agreement between you and The Maur Company LLC.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Maur Company LLC dba Clarence Maur Bongalos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or its content, including reliance on any information provided herein.
